AVENTUS LEASING LLC (AutoMoney brand) is expanding its operations and looking for an Operating Lease Direction Manager to join the team and participate in launching and developing a new business direction.
We are looking for a specialist with hands-on experience specifically in operating leasing (rental without a purchase option) who understands the product’s specifics, operational processes, legal aspects, and fleet management.
Key responsibilities
- Developing and launching the operating lease direction;
- Building the product’s business processes and operating model;
- Defining requirements for contracts, internal policies, and procedures;
- Analyzing the market, competitive landscape, and best practices;
- Organizing client support processes and fleet management;
- Liaising with legal, financial, and operational departments;
- Participating in developing the new product’s growth strategy.
What we expect
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in operating leasing;
- Deep understanding of the “rental without a purchase option” product;
- Experience launching or developing leasing products is a plus;
- Knowledge of the regulatory and legal aspects of the business;
- Strong analytical and managerial skills;
- Ability to make decisions and work in a dynamic environment.
