SelfieCredit is a financial company with foreign capital that began operating in 2021 and is part of the international Aventus Group holding. We operate according to European standards, creating convenient and transparent financial services.
For this role, your expertise in building and maintaining the Company’s effective processes, as well as your ability to work with regulatory frameworks, is essential.
Key areas of work
- Preparing, reviewing, and improving the Company’s internal documents (procedures, regulations, instructions, policies, etc.) governing the Company’s processes;
- Providing methodological support for credit products, including updating and adapting them;
- Participating in creating new products and refining existing solutions for different client segments;
- Liaising with the Company’s departments on implementing, approving, and updating internal documents and processes;
- Supporting the approval process for regulatory documents and monitoring their approval in accordance with internal procedures;
- Monitoring changes in legislation and NBU regulations and implementing necessary changes to the Company’s internal documents;
- Initiating updates to internal documents and processes in response to regulatory changes;
- Developing and maintaining standard contract templates for clients.
We expect that you
- Have experience in the financial sector (banks, financial companies, insurance companies), particularly in methodology (3+ years is a plus);
- Have a higher education in economics or finance;
- Are familiar with current Ukrainian legislation and NBU regulations;
- Understand the key processes of a bank/financial company and their regulatory requirements;
- Are confident using Microsoft Office;
- Can clearly formulate ideas and work with complex information;
- Have analytical thinking, are open to change, and adapt quickly;
- Communicate effectively and can work in a team with a results-oriented approach.
