Credit7 is a financial company in the consumer online lending market. The company’s operations are regulated in accordance with NBU requirements.

We are developing operational efficiency, process automation, and the quality of our internal regulatory framework. As we scale the business, we are looking for a strong methodologist to help systematically build and improve the company’s business processes.

Key tasks

  • Developing, reviewing, and improving the company’s internal documents: procedures, regulations, instructions, policies, and other documents governing internal processes.
  • Methodological support of credit products, keeping them up to date and adapting them to legislative changes and business needs.
  • Participating in the development of new products and improving existing solutions for various customer segments.
  • Liaising with the company’s departments on implementing, approving, and updating internal documents and processes.
  • Organizing and supporting the approval process for regulatory documents, monitoring their approval in line with established internal procedures.
  • Monitoring changes in Ukrainian legislation and NBU regulations.
  • Implementing necessary changes to the company’s internal documents in line with new regulatory requirements.
  • Initiating the review and updating of internal documents and processes in response to legislative changes.
  • Developing standard contract templates for clients and keeping them up to date.

What we expect

  • Experience in the financial sector: banks, financial, or insurance companies.
  • 3+ years of experience in methodology is a plus.
  • Higher education in economics or finance.
  • Knowledge of current Ukrainian legislation and NBU regulations.
  • Understanding of key processes at a bank or financial company, and the related regulatory requirements.
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to formulate ideas clearly and in a structured way, and to work with large volumes of complex information.
  • Strong analytical thinking, openness to change, and the ability to adapt quickly.
  • Strong communication skills, effective teamwork, and a results-oriented approach.
