You’re an ideal candidate if you:
- Have a higher legal education;
- Have work experience at law firms, banks, or financial institutions;
- Have experience preparing and analyzing legal documents (requests, responses, explanations, questionnaires, regulations, instructions, etc.);
- Are proficient with Windows, MS Office, rada.gov.ua, counterparty due-diligence registers, and task-tracking software.
Your responsibilities will include
- Analyzing, processing, and preparing responses to inquiries, applications, and complaints from citizens, including service members and their representatives;
- Preparing responses, information, and other documents on the Company’s operations in response to requests from law enforcement, regulatory, government executive, and local self-government bodies, enterprises, institutions, and organizations regardless of ownership form, as well as attorney requests and parliamentary inquiries, etc.;
- Drafting and conducting legal reviews of draft orders, internal administrative and regulatory documents, job descriptions, and other legal documents;
- Preparing legal opinions and certificates in financial, civil, and other areas of law, on general legal matters related to the Company’s operations;
- Preparing internal documentation and keeping documents up to date;
- Providing legal assistance and advice to company employees within their area of competence;
- Keeping current legislation up to date and organized;
- Organizing the department’s documentation, developing the department’s filing nomenclature, and identifying and forming files according to the nomenclature;
- Preparing, updating, and refreshing information and documents for publication on the Company’s website.
