- Have a completed or incomplete higher legal education;
- Are a part-time (correspondence) student or a recent graduate;
- Have 1+ years of legal experience specifically at microfinance companies;
- Know how to work with documents and are detail-oriented;
- Are proficient in MS Office and ready to work with regulatory frameworks, state registers, and other professional resources;
- Are responsible about tasks and eager for professional development.
Your responsibilities will include
- Analyzing, processing, and preparing responses to citizens’ inquiries, applications, and complaints;
- Preparing responses to requests from law enforcement, regulatory, and government bodies;
- Participating in preparing and reviewing legal documents, internal regulations, orders, and instructions;
- Preparing legal opinions, certificates, and informational materials;
- Keeping internal documentation up to date;
- Advising company employees on legal matters within your area of competence;
- Monitoring legislative changes and updating internal documents;
- Organizing the legal department’s documentation;
- Preparing and updating information for the company’s website.
