What we expect
- Higher education in economics, finance, accounting, or audit;
- 2+ years of experience in internal audit;
- Knowledge of NBU regulations on internal control systems and corporate governance;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with regulatory documents;
- A high level of verbal and written communication;
- Confident use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Key tasks
- Conducting internal audits of the Group’s parent company business processes;
- Assessing the effectiveness of business processes, internal controls, and risk management;
- Verifying compliance with Ukrainian legislation, NBU regulations, and the company’s internal policies and procedures;
- Monitoring the implementation of audit recommendations and controlling corrective actions;
- Developing, updating, and maintaining internal regulatory documents on internal audit matters;
- Contributing to the development of the internal audit function: improving methodology, planning audit activities, and supporting the rollout of Group standards and international practices.
