Your responsibilities
- Organizing and overseeing court debt collection processes for individuals;
- Managing enforcement proceedings and liaising with private bailiffs;
- Managing the non-performing loan (NPL) portfolio and monitoring collection efficiency;
- Analyzing recovery rate, preparing reporting, and developing legal collection analytics;
- Organizing mass filing of lawsuits and automating collection processes;
- Segmenting the portfolio by DPD / risk / recovery and developing work strategies;
- Analyzing cost-to-collect, ROI, and optimizing the department’s expenses;
- Preparing analytics and reports in Excel / Power BI;
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for MFOs in Kazakhstan;
- Liaising with internal departments and external counterparties.

- Experience in a similar role;
- Experience managing collection processes;
- Understanding of court and enforcement proceedings in Kazakhstan;
- Experience working with an NPL portfolio;
- Data analysis skills and metrics-based decision-making;
- Confident use of Excel, with Power BI as a plus;
- Understanding of recovery rate, cost-to-collect, and ROI metrics;
- Knowledge of legislation and regulatory requirements for MFOs in Kazakhstan;
- A systematic approach and strong organizational and managerial skills.
