SlonCredit is a financial company engaged in consumer lending and part of the international Aventus Group.
We are currently looking for a Head of Information Security who is ready not only to support existing processes but also to develop them, implement modern approaches to cybersecurity, and work with the team to build a reliable information security system within the company.
Your future responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with NBU requirements in information security;
- Developing and updating internal information security policies, procedures, and processes;
- Conducting risk assessments, maintaining the Risk Register, and monitoring the implementation of mitigation measures;
- Controlling user access (IAM, RBAC, MFA) and participating in security reviews of new products and functionality;
- Analyzing information security incidents and logs, and helping prevent potential threats;
- Collaborating with IT and DevOps teams to implement secure technical solutions;
- Participating in internal and external audits and preparing the necessary reports;
- Training employees and developing an information security culture within the company;
- Working on Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).
What we expect
- Experience in Information Security or Cybersecurity;
- Understanding of information security principles, risk management, and access control;
- Experience participating in audits or reviews;
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, or other modern information security practices;
- Understanding of networking (TCP/IP), IAM, MFA, RBAC, logging, and monitoring;
- Experience collaborating with IT teams;
- Experience in finance, banking, or fintech is a plus;
- Basic knowledge of Python or Bash is a plus.
