Credit7 is a financial company in the consumer lending market. The company’s operations are regulated in accordance with NBU requirements.
As we grow our risk management function, we are looking for a Head of Credit Risk to help develop and improve the company’s credit risk management system in line with regulatory requirements and best market practices.
Who we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience in credit risk at banks, non-bank financial institutions, or other financial companies;
- hands-on experience with loan portfolios, provisioning, and credit risk assessment;
- understanding of NBU requirements for risk management systems and financial company operations;
- experience developing and updating internal risk policies, procedures, and methodologies;
- solid understanding of provisioning principles and credit loss assessment;
- experience preparing risk reporting and working with the regulator;
- ability to work with large volumes of information, analyze data systematically, and make sound decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the credit risk management system in line with NBU requirements;
- develop, implement, and update internal risk policies, procedures, and methodologies;
- monitor the loan portfolio and analyze key risk indicators;
- participate in provisioning and credit risk assessment processes;
- prepare management and regulatory risk reporting;
- liaise with the NBU, auditors, and other regulatory bodies;
- participate in launching new products and assessing related credit risks;
- develop and automate risk processes;
- contribute to the further development of the company’s risk management system.
