We are currently expanding our analytics team and looking for a Data Analyst who will help turn data into business decisions, identify growth points, and influence the development of our international business.
Work format: remote. Location: Moldova, Ukraine.
What you’ll be doing
- Analyzing the company’s business metrics and key KPIs across various areas;
- Developing and automating regular reporting;
- Preparing analytical insights and recommendations for management;
- Working with large data sets: processing, validation, analysis, and pattern discovery;
- Building dashboards and visualizations for business users;
- Optimizing analytical processes and contributing to the development of a data-driven culture within the company;
- Helping the business make data-driven decisions.
We’re looking for you if you have
- 1+ year of commercial experience as a Data Analyst;
- Confident use of Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, complex formulas);
- Hands-on experience with SQL: JOINs, Subqueries, Aggregate Functions, CTE, Window Functions, Query Optimization;
- Experience with Power BI: dashboard creation, data modeling, DAX, integrating different data sources;
- Experience working with large volumes of data;
- Analytical and systemic thinking;
- Attention to detail and ownership of result quality;
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
- Ukrainian and Russian language skills are critical.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, lending, banking, or microfinance;
- Experience with other BI solutions;
- English at Intermediate+ level.
Work schedule
Data Analyst position: 09:00–18:00. Currently open analytics roles also include Project Analyst and Data Analyst (Call Center Direction), with a 15:00–00:00 schedule.
