We are expanding our Collection team and looking for a Technical Collection Manager — someone who will be responsible for the technical side of collection processes: automation, dialer strategies, A/B testing, and implementing LLM solutions.
Areas of responsibility
- Working with IT and cross-functional teams to develop collection technologies.
- Launching and running A/B tests (calls, SMS, scripts) to improve recovery.
- Configuring and managing LLM models for voice bots.
- Testing LLM models across different language groups.
- Automating collection processes (dialer, SMS, contact logic).
- Analyzing performance (RPC, PTP, recovery rate) and optimizing strategies.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as a Business Analyst / Collection Analyst at a call center, non-bank financial institution, bank, or collection agency.
- Experience with collection automation (dialer / SMS / CRM).
- Understanding of collection process metrics.
- Knowledge of SQL (basic queries for analysis).
- High level of self-organization, initiative, and the ability to work autonomously.
Nice to have
- Understanding of or experience with LLMs / voice bots.
- Experience with A/B testing.
- Experience working with IT teams.
